Pioneering research, vital prevention activity and ensuring quality care and support for everyone living with heart disease are just a few amazing things they do.

CHASE
www.chasecare.org.uk	CHASE supports families with life-limited children and teenagers.   Life-limited means they are not expected to live to reach the age of 19. CHASE care network stretches throughout SW London, Surrey and Sussex. We need to raise almost 4 million pounds every year to continue supporting these families. Paul has supported since appearing in the famous Charity Cricket matchs - Farmhouse  v The Bull Pubs
